It’s Perfectly Natural Product Review

IPN

D and I have been trying out a new line of products, called It’s Perfectly Natural, the creator of the line, Denise (you can read about her natural hair care journey dealing with relaxers and hair loss), supplied us with her line of products to use and review. Here is what we got:

IPNline

Replenish: Pre-Wash Treatment
Splendid: Hair and Body Oil
Turn Me Loose: Detangler/Leave In
Root Food: Temple/Hairline Spot Treatment
Scalp Revival: Healthy Scalp and Growth Oil
Organic Black Tea Mega Spritz

We started off with the Replenish pre-wash treatment, I sprayed her hair with water to the point that it was damp, I then applied Replenish to her hair in sections. I covered it with a plastic cap and left it on for about 20 minutes.

I washed with our usual Bee Mine Moisturizing Botanical Shampoo and Conditioned with the Bee Mine Avocado Cream. Once she was out of the shower I applied the Scalp Revival Oil, which smells like peppermint lavender,  to her scalp. I proceeded to use the Turn Me Loose Detangler/Leave In and added the Splendid Hair and Body Oil to seal.

Still damp:

Here it is once it had completely dried, I love the curls and that there wasn’t much shrinkage. Her hair was soft, no stiffness here.

I have been applying the root food to her temples and hairline to see if we can’t get her hair to thicken up in those areas. I will keep you all posted on that.

I have used the leave in on myself, it is light enough that I can, and I also use and love the Black Tea Mega Spritz, it makes my hair so soft and shiny and it smells so good. It has a strong natural aroma that fades once it is applied…the scent lingers though and I can catch a whiff as I turn my head and I love it!

Overall I love this line. We recently went on vacation, since I couldn’t pack up the entire bathroom full of products I limited our selection to the It’s Perfectly Natural Leave and Hair and Body Oil. I also took along some Aussie Moist conditioner and our Belle Butters Double Agent Butter. I had to co-wash a couple times because she spent some time in the indoor pool. This combo worked out great, I would detangle with the leave in, apply some of the butter and use the oil over that, her hair stayed manageable and super soft!

I need me one of these. I always struggle with my daughter's hair (and don't even let me started on my own)

D's hair looks great and I'm really impressed with the lack of shrinkage. These products sounds great–and even better that some can be used on your hair, too!
